Jody Latham - Shameless actor reportedly signs-up

The Sun newspaper has reported that Jody Latham, who played Lip Gallagher in Channel 4's Shameless, will enter the Celebrity Big Brother house in the All Stars and New Stars series starting on January 3rd 2017. A source is quoted as saying: “Jody hasn’t had it easy this year and after a series of dramas he wants people to remember him for good things again. “He was one of the nation’s most promising actors during his time on Shameless and he’s hoping he’ll be able to recreate that success again after going on CBB.” He previously appeared on Hell's Kitchen in 2009 and was involved in some arguments. “Jody is known for being straight talking and he’s bound to find a least one person in the house annoying. “Hopefully he’ll create some of the must needed fireworks on the show.” ----- Update: He posted on Twitter that he is not going on Celebrity Big Brother, writing "100% not in #CBB": ----- The All Stars and New Stars series will mix new celebrities to CBB and returning housemates, and this list of names have all been rumoured: Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, Jasmine Lennard, James Jordan, Stephen Bear, Nick Bateman, Calum Best, Bianca Gascoigne, Frenchy Morgan, Malika Haqq [Keeping Up With The Kardashians], Ronnie O'Sullivan, Katie Hopkins, Lee Ryan, Nicola McLean, Katie Price, Danielle Armstrong (TOWIE), Jedward, Suzy Cortez (model), Jessica Cunningham from The Apprentice, Olivia Buckland & Alex Bowen (Love Island), Perez Hilton, Nikki Grahame.

He was later cleared and is now keen to win back public support.
