Just listening to an interview with Meltzer from today. He reckons the Undertaker finish was decided at most a couple of days before, he's not sure exactly how many people knew but it was in the range of four to six, the agents didn't know, and there's a very good chance the referee didn't know.

The thing about Punk that makes him hard to like is that he is clearly a whingy knob in real life. He had a shabby year back too. Bryan is more likeable and over as a face than he could ever dream to be. We have the Wyatts, Cesaro and all the NXT cast not far behind.

WrestleMania turned out fab without Punk. BUT imagine Corporate Phil Brooks. That is the only thing I am clamoring to see him do and the one thing that would make him fresh and relevant again. A character similar to how he was in his last days in Ring Of Honor when he signed with WWE.

I'd mark for him showing up in a suit talking about how HE was the voiceless, how he doesn't care what his nerdy fans think, how he is a money player. You could have him talk about how Rock and Austin eventually needed the Corporation to become big time players. Have him get out of limos. Do a vignette where he burns all his Rancid/Alien Ant Farm/Nathan CD collections and come out to No Chance In Hell or Saxon or something instead.

Talking about how he wants to get his tattoos removed.

I'm glad in hindsight the Shield split up was kept off for awhile. The kids still didn't really know how to react to them when they were half and half. Having them totally good guys then having Ambrose and Rollins turn on Reigns is ****ing perfect.

I don't know which one of them I love more. I'm totally down with the Roman Empire but Seth Rollins is incredible but I have a complete man crush on Dean Ambrose.

The whole faction has been a gift. The Wyatts are great and all [and Luke Harper is really turning out to be amazing, heyy HeyyYY HEYYYY!] but Shield have been an absolute godsend for Raw every week in ring wise.

At this point they've gone longer than DX and nWo both have without watering down the group. That's an incredible feat. They might not have had a business boom behind them to render them more successful box office wise as an attraction but in creative terms right now they are more solid than both of those factions ever were. That's just mental. And we know it will never, ever be a member leave or a member join. It's perfect.

I think more than 3 guys have things going for them, but they need time... after Sami, Tyler Breeze and Sasha for the girls (and Ascension for tag teams) you're really stuck on seeing who warrants a call-up after it... Enzo & Big Cass are great and they just had tryouts for new guys (waiting back to hear who they'll sign but Elgin and ACH are great) and then Samurai will replace Rey Mysterio easily enough because he can actually talk unlike Sin Cara who is beyond useless. Love a bit of Aiden English as well.

Oh and Tamina and Paige for the Divas Title should be good on ER. Just looked up their NXT match. It was a hard hitting match between them. Tamina had the upper hand for most of the match but Paige took advantages of weak spots to win.

I have a feeling that their match will go two ways, Paige wins or AJ Lee shows up to help Tamina and Tamina wins.

Extreme Rules is tonight. I'm not watching it because 1. I don't have the bandwidth for WWE Network, 2. I have final exams this week.

But I have a feeling that Paige, Bryan are locks to win their bouts based on how their storylines have been playing out. Paige vs Tamina hasn't really gotten that much attention about the match on Raw or Smackdown outside of the ring. The only thing we've gotten between Paige and Tamina was a staredown at the stage entrance this week on Main Event after Paige won a match. (It was kinda creepy too because Tamina looked completely crosseyed.)

Now that I think about it, they should've had AJ challenge Paige to a fight at ER. Instead of on the spot. I'd imagine it happened on the spot I guess for one or two reasons. 1. AJ wants sometime off to plan her wedding or 2. They wanted to save Paige vs AJ for Summerslam.

It'd be kinda stupid for Kane to win the World Heavyweight title from a storyline perspective. The only way I'd see DB losing would be if he wanted some time off for his dad passing away (unless they weren't real close)

Payback's either going to be incredibly boring with a few solid to great matches or it will have some mad ass angle that heats up the shows again. Probably the first one though. It's going to do a horrible number. WWE are on their arse again at the minute. The social media and WWE Network rolling coverage has just turned it into one giant, never ending TV show and Raw is the boring, predictable bit in the middle. NXT, the aftershows etc are all top notch.

They have all the right talent the whole thing's just incredibly homogenized, clean and stagey feeling.

Oh well. Adam Rose exists and I'm really happy inside because of it.

Now Kane's supposed to be "uncontrollable" again.

There's word that in case Daniel Bryan can't fight Kane, they will have another MitB match for the Usual Title Shot along with the one planned for the WWEWHC.

Also the reason why it's a stretcher match instead of a buried alive match is because they might want to use Kane in the future. Which makes no sense, I mean Mankind and Undertaker have come back from being buried alive multiple times. Why can't Kane who's Undertaker's halfbrother?
