I did Ammi thank you....Matthew and I went to watch a movie in my bed and the next ting I know it's midnight and Matthew is fast asleep next to me....the good thing is though that once I had put him in his own room And sorted downstairs out etc....I went straight back to sleep so have had lots of hours :amazed: feel great this morning, apart from I have a cold :mad:

..aww it's good you got straight back to sleep Annie because quite often after a 'nap' it's hard to do that and then you can be restless/sleepless..what movie did you watch..?...I oddly had a 'family football night' lol..we had a pizza takeaway and ended up watching the England qualifying match together..I actually enjoyed it as well....yeah, physio went ok but it kind of makes it flare up again for a few days afterwards, so it's not great this morning but it will calm probably tomorrow or Monday...you up to anything today..?..

The guy was flinging potato slices at all of us and one landed in my beer so I got another one for free :joker: I was steaming!! Just waiting for my parents to get here and then we're away off to the Kelvingrove Museum for a bit, there's an exhibition on that my mum wants to see! How are you today Lee?

No, Dhansak is made with Lentils, I'm not really a fan of tomatowy sauces, it's got a bit of a kick to it though yeah, I like medium/hot from the Indian. Well, we get a portion of Samosa between us, so we just have one each, they're not that big

..all you can do really Annie is just keep warm and take those or paracetamol or something to take the edge off, I know it feels rubbish doesn't it and you were so busy last week that your body was fighting it off and didn't have time to be ill but now you're more relaxed with the weekend and not being in the Mole, ..that's kind of when these things happen...try to get Matthew off for an early night and just relax as much as you can....
