I thought at first in Sunday that I had just slept funny but it's getting worse...:fist: it just keeps giving way. I have been taking ibuprofen and seeing how it goes but may go see the doctor if it doesn't ease soon. It doesn't make it easier that it's the side I carry Matthew on when he's been lazy...

..is it upper/lower back..?..I think you could explain to Matthew/you probably already have, that it hurts too much to carry him atm...ibuprofen is good and you can get stronger stuff like Voltarol as well but it can make you a bit drowsy etc...are you going to go to the GP to maybe get something to ease it..?...

It's lower back, just on the right side and my right leg keeps giving way...I've never had a bad back before, and I don't like it :laugh:

..yeah I know, it's horrible because everything you do causes pain..standing/sitting/moving etc..that stupid leg..:fist:..it sounds maybe as though it could be something that physio would help though and there are some very good medications for the pain and that help so much in you being more mobile, they can have side effects though, it would be good to talk to your GP and see what would be best for you/can you still drive at all....

..it does sound as thought it could be a pinched or trapped nerve, Annie and anti inflammatory medication will help a lot/also some heat on it..although it's painful, I know..I fine it better to move it around and 'move into the pain' because it helps to un-trap the nerve so it gets better quicker...just slow movements though...

Well I had dinner and drinks with my friend and we went out and then we bumped into my ex just before we went into the club which is always a bit awkward but I've got no problem with him, it's been 3 years, I was just a bit heartbroken that he never gave me an explanation or an apology for the way he treated me but that's as far as it goes for me. Anyway we're in the club and I see him, he comes over and says hi, we go away for a bit, we come back down later and were with other friends and then my friend went to the bathroom and the people I knew had all disappeared off and I was by myself on the dance floor so then started speaking to my ex. Then out of nowhere he just starts apologising for all of the horrible things he did to me, and bearing in mind this was all 3 years ago, I was beyond expecting to ever hear an apology and had more or less put it behind me out of necessity rather than because I was okay with it; you can't spend your life waiting around for an apology...

So that was nice and I was like okay great this is all I ever wanted, ace, so we were having a great time and then my friend reappeared then disappeared again so I went through to another part of the club with my ex and his friends and it was so much fun, just joking around and being normal with him, and then out of nowhere he kisses me and I'm like sista no :fist: and he's all apologetic and then I went home alone and felt miserable before going to sleep and now this morning I'm like :smug: I'll message him and ask him if he wants to go for a coffee and now I'm wondering wtf I'm even doing

I do, I like being around him but that's probably because I never wanted it to end. It would be nice to just catch up, that's why I asked him if he wanted to go for a coffee today during the day

Maybe meeting him is the best thing then if he's up for it. You can see what, if any feelings are there and if anything is reciprocated etc. You'll be no worse off and who knows what could happen. You are both older and wiser now?
