Well I see him around uni, we met through a mutual close friend so I still hear about him and stuff, which is what makes it more surprising, it's not the first time we've been around each other since we broke up so I'm not sure why he's apologising now, 3 years later, or why he tried to kiss me :|

I don't know! I've not really thought about it, I think I just shut it all away in a box in my head because it never got dealt with at the time and there was nothing I could do about it so rather than sit and mope around I just got on with things!

I made a choice to cut out bread, butter, cheese and oven meals out of my diet in the summer and mostly just eat soup and generally eat healthy food, I walk a lot, but that's all I really changed in my lifestyle and I've lost about 2 and a half to 3 stone over the last 9 months.

I made dinner for my friend the other night but it started off on the wrong foot; I was chopping vegetables and was heating up oil which then caught fire out of nowhere (hadn't put anything in the pot other than oil so there must have been something at the bottom of the pot!? Obviously I wash up after I use my kitchen stuff every time so I'm not sure how that could be but I can't think of any other explanation) and I threw it into the sink, turned the water on, fire whooshed up and there was smoke everywhere :umm2: but it extinguished and I had to sit down for 5 minutes before I started again LOL
