ok ok Lauren isn't the best technical dancer i admit, i guess she just is this years Susan Calman, i now understand how Kevin's fans must've felt last year for him, i feel the same now for AJ, but getting a duffer is good for you, to show your personality more

and for me AJ & Kevin are a bit similar to each other, they both like wacky dance routines but also just simple basic dance routines


i am sure somewhere out there, there is a lady who can take AJ to the final someday, hopefully next year cause i want to see him with a ringer, where he can go all the way with those inventive choreographies of his

i know AJ can do a really good Paso, he did an amazing one to shut up and dance with Claudia, and if he can make that song work for Paso, well he is a good dancer and choreographer


it's Lauren who i'm more worried about, like i said she's like this years Susan Calman, also with her dancing limit, and i'm being proven right how AJ is similar to Kevin, how they went basic technique for the waltz and quickstep and cha cha with their lesser celebs, and a bit showy for the charleston, and i expect some show in the Paso as an attempt at hiding lauren's weaknesses

sorry Joey, i just have too high expectations sometimes, it may sound shallow but i want my favourites to do well (to win)

i really should just enjoy my favourites their performances whatever their result

Lauren has nothing to lose, she will still be a champion this year with her gold medal in the world championships paratriathlon, and being on strictly well she's way out of her comfort zone

and she might come over arrogant (as mitchell said) because she shows little emotion bit robot like in interviews, but that is more usual for sportspeople who want to show less emotion to concentrate more on the competitions

AJ did well with her, but with better communication he could've done much better i agree, she should've told him more about her weak spots so he could adapt his choreography to that

for me the best dancers on the show are

Aljaz, Pasha, AJ, Kevin, Oti

Oti last year well she did the best she could with Jonnie, his bum well there was nothing she could've done about that problem

Kevin, also did do well with Susan, her not being the best technical dancer but clearly gave his all for the entertainment factor

AJ now this year, does the best he can with Lauren, but her problem lies mentally with her i think, cause she is amazing at rehearsals but she just can't give that on saturday night which is a true shame, cause we know that AJ was stunning with Claudia Fragapane who also didn't have that much dancing experience, and his Chemistry with Mollie was fab as well


Aljaz, first year excellent win with Abbey, with Alison he proved himself more for his comedic side


Pasha, he's better with ringers but good fun with a Carol or Naga


this is just what i think, about Giovanni he needs an older lady (not a ringer) next year, just what he can do with a complete novice, if he has a comedic side i wonder cause personality wise i think he can do that :think:

There's nothing wrong in supporting someone who gives their all and reaches their potential and gets eliminated. Lauren is not a natural dancer, she can't emote on cue.
