He came across as being very committed towards Leanne but then after she dumped him he was straight away trying it with Jess. Then when he was with Jess he did the same thing, telling her all these sweet things she’d want to hear but it was all bull$hit and was straight cracking onto people in Casa Amor.

With Shaughna, where she was with Callum for a fair bit of time in there and it’s now no more, I think she’s just in a stage of confusion at the moment. Whilst I can see that it may come across as a bit desperate because of the timing of everything (even still it’s more time she has left before getting to know someone compared to Mike), there maybe have been small hints that she’s been attracted to Luke M that we’ve probably been missing (like what Paige mentioned about the snog marry pie task).

yeah it was especially doing it in front of people on purpose as well. As soon as he got to casa amor he forgot about Jess really quick. So there is a huge difference between the two.

Yeah I 100% agree it's not really desperation, now she's been single for a week and is trying to move on so she will get new feelings for people. Has not acted on it yet, we're not sure if she will because as you said she might be confused.

I didnt even bother watching Jess's date or the antics in the hideaway I had the programme recorded as I was out. I still like Natalia and if Jamie is gona pick by picking the most attractive its her. However I think she is only 20 so far too young for a guy who wants to settle down. I agree that Mikes behaviour did come across as desperate moving full on so quickly...but Shaughna now showing an interest in Luke M seems desperate to me because it’s come out of the blue and after Jamie wasn’t what she had hoped for.

also she could have easily played it safe and fake her feelings for Jamie to secure her place but she isn't :laugh: I think she's going through her options on what she should do and wants since all of this is new to her, give Jamie a chance to see where that goes or try with Luke M. yeah that will never happen unfortunately, the only time it could have happened was during series 1-3. I don't think 3 had any idea how big Love Island became and they would make more than 25k post show. 4-6 however knew their lives will be changed and will earn a lot of money post show so 25k/50k is nothing to them.
