A lot did tbf, but they had to write new songs for it for some bizarre reason. Some did benefit from new songs though - Switzerland and Ukraine in particular had much better 2021 songs than they would have sent in 2020 (imo)

Australia: 9.5, i enjoyed this, it was a good show opener, very good fun, the vocals though might not have been the most clean or polished but in these type of songs i can see that through the fingers

Montenegro: 9.0 fab performance one she can be proud of for sure, i myself have a weak for these dramatic traditional ballads

Ireland: 7.5 vocally not great but not that bad either, just a shame the performance looked a bit too amateurish and bland for my liking, apart from the constellation of Laika in the backdrop

Latvia: 10.0 fab harmonies, take notes UK all nicely in sync with each others movements as well, also very angelic yet such a slay bop what this song is

Armenia: 8.5 not a fan of rap, but this performance was done very professionally, slick, could've been a sweden esc entry that sort of level of quality

Austria: 8.0 the last bit was not necessary for me, also his ''pop'' vocals are a bit on the weak-ish side compared to this ''operatic'' vocals which are divine

UK: 4.5 not good harmonies whatsoever, a trio of three solo singers more like, all over the place, this was bad, and i cannot see them getting many points

Greece: 7.0 i told my dad i don't know if this will qualify, happy to be proven wrong, this was decent

Lithuania: 3.5 vocals were a bit too quiet for my liking, rock music needs more ''punch'' instead of softness, but it adds good diversity for the final i guess

Malta: 10.0 GURL U SLAY! this was good, divalicious

Georgia: 1.0 liked the georgian elements, but the english bits really ruined the mood of the performance for me personally

France: 9.5 sorry, i was kinda laughing about commentator Peter van der Veire saying if she's a clouseau fan, due to her stage name of Louise and Anne into Louane but vocally a masterclass!

Denmark: 9.0 the danes serve us a bit of Helene Fischer Show realness vibes here, wow Sissal is a fantastic performer

Czechia: 10.0 vocally this was perfection, however the dance break spiced things up, this was HOT HOT HOT

Luxembourg: 10.0 loved france gall's performance video in the small tv of the dollhouse fabulous vocals, great dancing, love the dress change at the end

Israel: 11.0 might not be the most perfect vocalist, but she is so charming, likeable, and has something so lovely about the way she performs, the pyro wall near the end was mindblowing amazing, wow, and my parents giving this a 1.0

Germany: 10.0 great first performance of such a great bop, well done

Serbia: 9.0 i thought lemme give this a similar score to same reason as well

Finland: 9.5 this song is a BANGER, but that performance was worldclass, she ate up the stage and left no crumbs, wow
