I'm on antidepressants, apparently they're the good expensive kind but I get them free I'm glad you've been okay, I'm sorry you had a bad experience though did you 'ween' off them? (That's what's recommended but even still I don't get how weening off helps? Whenever I don't take medication (even on low dosages) I suffer) As long as you don't get (bad) side effects would that be ok? Being on them for life? And yeah, my last one was March, probably my worst one, but I've been clean of them since. My anxiety in general was awful until April though, I vomitted nearly daily for 3 months xx
