It's a tricky one tbh.
I don't know if I personally feel comfortable with the possibility of a Vigilante hunting down a 15 year-old if they learned his name. But the 15 year old did murder someone, so I'm in two minds.

His face should be shown after all his victims face has been shown
In my eyes he should have a bullet in the back of his head |

We spend to much time and money protecting the rights of murderers

Hands off my Brick!

It's a difficult one, 15 is so young, people can be so stupid at that age and not really think about the consequences of their actions, there is a good chance a person of that age could be rehabilitated however that doesn't bring Harvey back to life or give the lives they've taken from his parents back and should he be allowed a normal life after doing what he did, young or not? I don't have an answer for this one, I'm so torn. My opinion is different according to which set of parents POV I come from

My understanding is that it is up to the judge if they want to remove naming restrictions after a guilty verdict. There is no specific law protecting the guilty
