Roast beef, Yorkies, roasties, swede, scorched cabbage, carrots, peas and lashings of lovely gravy. Followed by whatever hubby deems best. |

Boil until just cooked, drain well. Pop in a large fry pan or wok, add butter and scorch it, add mint sauce a minute or so before it’s cooked. Delicious. We have done this with sprouts for years then decided we would give cabbage a go. Savoy cabbage is best. |
