Default Can gay "weddings" work at all?

We are constantly told that men think about sex every 7 seconds, that they are non biologically monogamous, that our make up is to procreate with as many as possible to spread the gene pool etc

Women are different and need to keep a mate etc they counterbalance the male urges etc and thus the 2 are well suited.

So what hope do 2 men who are homosexual have of having a steady and happy relationship. Should this whole gay "wedding" thing be scrapped as it is a non starter or do 2 men being together by law somehow biologically change?

Surely lesbian "weddings" make much more sense?
