I drink excessively when I have 2 or 3 days in a row free, (my hangovers are too brutal to do it on a single day off) it doesnt matter which day that is, but its usually the weekend.

I don't have specific days in which I drink alcohol. I think binge drinking is disgusting too, so I wouldn't have all my weekly units in one day either. I had a pear flavoured beer yesterday with a meal, I could have another today or not until next month.
