I get up at 9:30 to go for a walk/run but when i can't be bothered I wake up at 10:30/11am

Varies.
I tend to wake up somewhere between 3 and 7 and pop the telly on, then the news rocks me back to sleep.
I try and get up at 10 or before...unless we have something to do.

I have only ever needed a few hours slepp per night and this has not changed as I've gotten older, so it varies, but I am usually up and about at 4.30 am.

If I'm going in to London I have to be up by 5:30, which is extremely difficult for me, I am not a morning person. Left to wake up naturally, I usually wake up about 9:30.

Generally around 11am, it's the most convenient time when I take my boyfriends work schedule into consideration.

Between 5.30-6 during the week. A lie in at weekends is usually till 7.30 if I'm lucky (darn kids)

When I'm working I'm up at half 6. When I'm in uni I'm up around 8. On weekends I like to sleep without an alarm, so can sleep all the way to 10.30/11.
