Yeah my whole family is a drunken mess at christmas My dad usually stays sober and does the driving, there's a lot of driving to different family members houses/picking people up and dropping them off home again, but when his taxi duties are over he gets caught up

I think its impossible to get drunk on the day what with all the grub but you do try to get a decent drink on the go. Bottle of wine or two and some firewater and the like.

But not like in a state where you cant walk the dog, put children to bed or not be able to play games etc

but rest assured its a day to take no prisoners
