Default How many sugars do you have in your Tea/Coffee ?
In the mornings i have 3 sugars in my coffee

but the rest of the day i have 2 but i don't drink a lot coffee anymore

I rarely drink tea (it's bloody hot in here) and a few years ago I went from 2 to 1.
And I don't like coffee and there's no amount of sugar that can change it
