I literally have a blocked nose all the time. I have an Olbas stick thing but it doesn’t seem to be working. Does anyone have ways to unblock it?

Domestos is pretty good at unblocking things

get a bowl, boil some water first and put the water in that bowl, grab a cloth put that over you and then you can steam with your face towards the bowl

another bit of advice: idk what they call it in UK but here we have Vicks a sort of a cream which is very good when you got a cold and put that in the bowl too

Yeah ah tried both of these but again not much worked

Eat a few Scotch Bonnet's, that'll clear your sinuses out.

Sudafed Max Strength (the red one, tablet form) works a treat

Vicks vaporub is good. Put some under your nostrils.

one nostril is blocked in all of us most of the time. true fact


Take a big bowl, put in about an inch of Vicks from a jar (a big dollop) fill with boiling water. Put a towel over your head and over bowl and inhale fumes for about 30 seconds

had battled many many colds with that in my childhood

i have large sinuses and always have a blocked nose often when i am posting on tibb i have 2 Vicks sticks up my nostrils

Hold your nose and blow. Your ears will pop and hopefully your nose will clear.
