It’s a little context-specific but generally, yes. I wouldn’t be quick to use coriander as an essential oil but its taste is very palatable to the stomach.

…I dislike it a lot, it’s probably the only herb that I dislike…I generally replace it in a recipe with flat leaf parsley which is much more friendly and less hostile in flavour…apparently it’s a known/genetic thing that some people like I do, taste it as a soap flavour and very unpleasant…we’re called very special people…
