because its not most loved as that is a generic and incalculable metric. Its most "popular"/least offensive to win of the particular dominant tribe who puts themselves up for a vote. And each year it gets more and more niche

Our dominos guy did contactless delivery. Said he’d leave it on the doorstep, knock the door and then leave.

It got to about half an hour after delivery before we wondered why we had no pizza. We called them, and he left it at the wrong house in a different street
