Must be a European thing because I only ever see these at like foreign events. And my friend's mom (Croatian) used to make these all the time when I went over his house when we were younger.

(they're really good though)

They're gross, tried them a few years ago when it was open evening at school and the French department just put some cheap crepes and wine out (for the adults obviously)
