Duck..tried froisbgrad once, and was that disgusted i wasnt bothered ever again about spelling ti properly.

Not that either of them are a good idea..

Never tried goose but bloody love duck..I often order only duck from the Chinese

Duck is OK....
Never had goose
Bought my son ostrich burgers last week as they are a healthier alternative to beef and he said they were really nice, he said they tasted pretty much the same as beef
