Crepes aren't supposed to taste of anything much, really... the whole point is that they're bland and you add various things to them, for a whole selection of tastes .

Sadly I forgot to get eggs and we only had one left, so there was only enough batter for the kids to have pancakes last night . I had all sorts of toppings, too. Lemon and sugar, nutella, maple syrup, strawberries and cream...
