Both and neither and depends on the circumstance. There's a time for being mature and a time for being more carefree, if you can find a balance between the two you'll be happier for it

Really depends on the person. If I had to chose overall, I would say probably women, but thats only because so many women get left 'holding the baby' so to speak, so have no choice but to mature. Prob about 50/50 otherwise. Though apparently, the brain does not fully mature til aged 24 anyway, which I found interesting.

Some women can run faster and lift more than some men. But in general, men are faster and stronger than woman.

Oh yeah for sure. Ignoring how society treats the sexes different and the results of that...taking just male v female..maturity would be split down the middle I think. Really really depends on the person..one of my stepsons has been really mature for years and was allowed out on his own from a young age and stuff because of this. Other stepson is nearly 14 now, and we don't let him do anything alone tbh as hes still like a kid! Just luck of the draw it seems, as both have been brought up the same too so its not even environment!
