Well Barcelona is my favourite city of all time for a start, love the architecture there and the fact that even though it's a city it has beaches. I've spent a lot of time in Catalonia in general over the years. Also I like that it's much greener in Northern Spain than it is in the South too

I like Barcelona as a City, nicer than Madrid, but we have a property in Andalucia, its a beautiful part of the world with the Sierra Nevada in the distance, and Alahambra Palace
so Andalucia for me

Catalonia does have a good mix of everything. My friend that live there even go up to the mountain to ski at the weekend.
