			Serena was conditioned to be a tennis playing machine from early childhood, it's what she knows and she was an amazing player.  Stepping back from tennis was always going to be a wrench for her.

			She hasn't retired yet even though I suppose it's her last year competing.  Such a powerful and inspiring tennis player. What she did really puts her out there as one of the best athlete we've ever had, men or women combined.
