The year with Aaron though was virtually from day one with me.
Novo made his fan thread and it had loads of members part of it.
Novo was always superb when he made fan threads.

I will tentatively lay claim to Richard for this series, as my favourite was probably a three-way tie between George, Richard and Emily. Other than that instance that I've charitably bestowed upon myself, the only others have been CBB winners (Gary Busey, Jim Davidson, and...Jack P. Shepard ). My favourites have come runner-up a few times though (Dexter Koh, Ashleigh Coyle, etc.)

Among the civilian series (including Teen), the majority of winners are male, with 14 males and only 9 female winners.
Similarly, among the celebrity editions, 16 males and 8 females have won.

My theory is that the viewers are predominantly female and in turn generally prefer male housemates.

"one of my favourites" has won a few times but even then I slightly preferred other housemates...

BB18 - happy with Isabelle but preferred Deborah/obviously campaigned for Raph
BB22 - happy with Richard but preferred Teja
BB9 - happy with Rachel but preferred Sara
BB5 - happy with Nadia but preferred Michelle & Dan (at the time )
BB7 - happy with Pete but there were many better HMs

Only time I can think of is 21 with Ali... and maybe 3 with Kate.

Someone dropped out and she was the first reserve and only found out she was going in SIX days before launch night

That’s the worst possible preparation for someone on the spectrum

It’s a bit like Richard tbh, wasn’t he a fake housemate before the series begun and then went on to be a real housemate. ITV need to get normal people in and not clout chasers
