We should just forget that Glitter thing, at least in this discussion. An even worse wrong, does not make a wrong right. Sisqo broke the law in Switzerland and that was wrong. Given the circumstances, he might have been able to ditch a jail sentence, but the circumstances can never turn the blame on someone else. You are are missing the main point of his refusal, if he is found to be the father through a DNA test then he can be charged with sex with a minor/statutory rape. Once paternity has been proven criminal charges can then be prepared. The Swiss can then apply for his extradition because thats a criminal offence but at the moment they cant because its a civil paternity suit its down to the fact he refused the DNA test because he is probably the father.

A paedophile isn't like a frequent shopper card where you collect points and only 'become' a paedophile after your have had sex with five kids. If an adult has had sex with a child they ARE a paedo.
