Sisqo has not done himself any favours refusing the DNA test. He more or less admitted to his guilt in doing this. Sisqo is not above the law and blaming this incident on the injured party (she shouldn't have been in the club, etc, etc) as another poster correctly pointed out, is a paedo's defence.

Sisqo knows that if he has a DNA test he will have to pay towards the upkeep of his own kid.

People are always going on about run away Dads who refuse to pay towards their kids, and there is Sisqo with all his cash (boasting on CBB, not to mention the money he is getting for CBB) and still refusing to pay to raise his own kid leaving it to the taxpayer to pay for the upkeep of his kid instead.
