Anyone get this? Either you have a nap through choice, or just genuinely fall asleep for a while, and when you wake up you have absolutely no idea what time or day it is, how long you've been asleep, when you fell asleep, what's going on etc?

Just happened to me. Must've fallen asleep a couple of hours ago because I was that tired, woke up about half an hour ago and I genuinely believed it was tomorrow morning, and it felt like I'd been asleep for so long. Surreal.

Only when im ill really, i fell asleep once and woke up what felt like it was hours later and that it must be the early hours, but i'd only been asleep an hour + half

I fell asleep at about 1am without meaning to, then I woke up and thought it was about 6am in the morning because it just felt like that; I had a dream whilst I was asleep that lasted for what felt like ages. Turned out though I was only asleep for an hour and it was 2am when I woke up

Yeah I've had that before, where I've gone to sleep and woke up only about 15/30 minutes later but I've had what feels like a really long, massive dream
