Most times it's pretty obvious why people have been banned anyway The list of rules are there for everyone to see so you shouldn't need to be educated on what gets you banned/infracted

If there is no good reason not to explain why you have banned someone then lets see the reason. I think it also stops mods getting power crazy

Sounds quite a tedious role if anyone were to take it up. I'm sure the mods would have a good laugh at their expense in the towers. There's nobody that neutral on here that fits the bill.
