Well, perhaps in light of the fact that the US Government have been paying billions of dollars in 'compensation' to the native American Indians for decades now, I think the answer is YES.

I can only speak for myself, but I want to be informed when people are being randomly stabbed in a country. I don't care who did what, what religion or race the victims are, its still not right. This is a news forum, and it ranks as an informing article to me, which by definition is news.

This is all very sad and really bad that the norm is to have to live with these occurrences and unnecessary loss of lives.
While I agree that the Palestinians should have their own existence secured with and as a Nation too,which I accept is blocked in the main by Israel.

My sympathies do however lie with Israel in the main,Israelis are persecuted and condemned by most of the Nations around them and their existence of having to always watch all sides continuously must be a nightmare most of the time.
Something even the setting up of a Palestinian state will not completely eradicate either very sadly.

Trouble is whoevers side you're on, the whole thing is a disaster and appears to be part of what is leading to Armageddon. The recent times seem worse than ever and the leadership appear to be incapable of finding any compromise or peaceful solution.

Awful.I saw a BBC news report quite recently where an Israely woman was with her young child and a Palestinian ran up behind her and stabbed her like nine times.As she fell to the ground begging for help and for somebody to take her child to safety the Palestinian women around either ignored her or some were chanting "die die" at her.Horrible.
