I bought something on Ebay for £2.99. But when it arrived it wasn't as I expected so I sent a message to the seller.
He basically said,
'don't blame us, you bought the wrong one!'
And if that wasn't rude enough, when I sent another message asking to return the item for a refund, he then replied,
'get stuffed or apologise to me first!' 
Quite frankly I couldn't be bothered with the hassle or his bizarre attitude, so I gave the product to a friend.
But I could have reported the seller for being nasty and rude.

Ebay seller told me to get stuffed and apologize to him
