Yes give him a bad review they hate that. One seller once spent 2-3 weeks asking me to remove the bad review. It felt good getting their desperate emails knowing I wouldn't remove the review and it was just about a phone case
 I think I posted about it in little things that irritate you thread. If you feel he could show up to your house I think you can report him.
