Hell, I had a 'medical grade' breastpump with Skye and it was totally useless. Even while taking a crapton of meds that increase supply. Was something ridiculous like 6 hours per day (in breaks, obviously, but including nights) on it. And...half an ounce, if lucky PER DAY.

but a breastpump as a gift, is shocking. I would be tempted to guilt trip slightly, and say you medically cannot use it. **** their pressure!
