They could set up a partition of sorts for this to be permitted.
Whereby she could be able to attend debates, then also to vote in them too.
There's another side to it, we moan at Parents handing their children to others, however if it could be made practical for them to attend debates with their children.
Perhaps it could be looked at.
As the Chamber currently is set up, I still wouldn't think it an appropriate place for a baby to be.
