Well I know the male to female sex change ones need to insert things daily into the wound, they decided to give themselves, to stop the body naturally healing the said wound. Adding that to the discomfort of pubic hairs growing inside you from the bits they used to make your new wound...To me, just does not sound like peacefully getting on with your life.
