Well I know the male to female sex change ones need to insert things daily into the wound, they decided to give themselves, to stop the body naturally healing the said wound. I don't know, or want to know what they insert into themselves, but as long as they do that in privacy and not publicly, that's okay with me.

That's a bit transphobic tbh. Full sex changers can be loud and in your face types as well... In public that is..not behind closed doors when the real suffering starts.
