I gather one of her bones of contention is the public cost of trans "health" care, so maybe she was going to comment on adults "transitioning" on the NHS? Which is a perfectly reasonable position to take, which is probably why it was cut out. Her stance generally seems to be "do what with your own bodies, just stay out of our spaces!" so I doubt she's interested in stopping adults from "transitioning".
