Okay, I see your point now. But if they had bad intentions, such as being a paedophile, maybe, as I have suggested before but don't really stand by anymore. Then I feel it would be necessary to have them reported and also named and shamed.

But in some [or most] cases it's rather obvious, and well in this case if they've managed to prove it then they have been proven guilty, no?
