I agree that he/she shouldn't be faking their identity altogether... but you have to look at the bigger picture...
Mods can see your registration details and should not be abusing that.. regardless of what the member is doing... two wrongs do not make a right.
When you register on a site, you expect some kind of privacy for your details. I don't know what TiBB's policy is, but I know mods never used to discuss site business with friends. I was friends with Mike, Red Moon and Sunny01 back in the day and they never discussed anything.
