I'm really upset right now, I was walking back from my mate's flat after our night out and it's absolutely freezing outside, my jaw was chattering as I walked home and I walked past this poor dog that had been chained up to a lampost and there wasn't a soul in sight, I really did want to stop and try and help it somehow but it's honestly so cold and I'm a bit scared of dogs, but I felt that bad that I called 118 247 and got the number for the SSPCA but the office was closed and their automated message told me to call my local police station, I've got no idea what my local police station's number is and by that point I was back at my flat and now I've no idea if the dog's still there. I cannot believe someone would do that to a pet, I could never do that to my cat, the dog was whimpering so loudly! I want to go give money to charity or something now.. aahhhh!!
