Yeah.. I dunno whether to call now though, the dog might have been helped by now? This was like half an hour ago now agggghh why couldn't the SSPCA office have been open, I feel bad calling a police station over this but I feel even worse just doing nothing.. I'm not going to be able to sleep now, agh!

The local police are there for abandoned dogs as much as people.

I'd be calling the local cop shop - it could be something very innocent - but it could be that the dog has been abandoned.
