So you're baking a cake...

And in the recipe it says to put it in the oven for 23-28 minutes...
How long do you put it on for?

23 mins because you can always put it in longer if it's not cooked but not for less
In between- better to be safe than sorry?
28 mins- Ensures it's cooked whilst also reducing the risk of the cake collapsing when you open the oven
