because I like everything fresh on Christmas day and I don't think reheated meat tastes the same but maybe that is just me..also I am a bit paranoid about reheating turkey as you have to get it to a certain temp, and I don't always reheat on Boxing day sometime we have cold meats
how do you reheat yours?
