While I agree that there should be more police on the streets, at 14 his parents should take some responsibility that he was out tearing around on a moped on a school night. And the violence she talks about is mostly black on black violence... but no one wants to be stopped and searched. It's a bloody shambles.

Yes no one has said why
he was going round on his Moped
at the evening in the dark.
