Yes it’s me, my first top 10 placing (and about ****ing time might i add ) I had a paragraph prepared for myself but I had to scrap it once I jumped into the top ten, it was quite funny all week people saying I was a dead cert to be top ten/possibly win, when up until maybe Wednesday I was in the mid 30’s anyway, it’s been lovely to read all your comments so than you for that, and for anyone who cares about other people’s opinions about me, they’re below!

Smithy deserves major kudos for taking on Most Loved at the drop of a hat. It's a fair bit of hard work and his efforts should not go unappreciated.

My love for Smithy began to blossom shortly after we had an argument in a chat thread, we have common interests which include Sausage the dog, Gaga, moving away from home for men, the sun, I could go on. Anyway, I've always thought he was a scream and TiBB wouldn't have been as fun as it was in the past if it wasn't for him. ********, the gifs he has contributed, his absolute eloquence in dragging those who deserve it. He is also actually a good person and a hard worker so those are some great attributes for a winner to have too. Thank you for existing and running this show.

A great voice of common sense on here who I've especially grown to appreciate in this last year on the forum...although I've had the smithy4mod mantra for years now lol. Love chatting drag race with him, and his sharp wit in the chat thread. Really glad he took up the ML mantle!

We bonded after becoming trapped in an elevator together when we were forced to cannibalise the third person after 10 minutes.

Would I have voted for you if you weren't the host and my inactive friends had somehow made it? Well no obviously not, but you're here now and you've made it. Well done. You're on thin ice though, those frequent thirst traps on Twitter and the curiouscat questions are getting a bit repetitive aren't they luvvie! But yes you're a skinny legend and you've a great sense of humour, and you fought the good fight in getting Gags her Oscar. Ain't it hard keeping it so hardcore?

Smithy taught me two things: firstly, it is acceptable to be a young man and complain to companies about products a la middle aged women named Karen (free crisp, please); and where Guernsey actually is. Smithy is a versatile member of the forum; he's seen all over the forum, here there and everywhere, and that's greatly appreciated, especially with his wit, articulation, and judgement following. Smithy is a hot contender for #1 this year, and so he should be, which is why him scraping 40 last year seems so surreal. Hopefully a well-deserved high rank will compensate for such robbery.

Smithy, you deserve this taking it for upon yourself to run Most Loved this year as well as your hilarious, warm, SJW presence on the forum all the other times of the year which would really be missed if you were to leave. You also deserve a thank you and a point for putting up with my constant alterations of my lists. This is my 6th and hopefully last time fyi

Since you are hosting so I’ve had to deduct a few points so it doesn’t look like I’m arselicking.

We have conversations with each other where we don't just throw shade now. Plus your snaps are good when you aren't putting porn onto your stories x

The forum wouldn't be half as fun without him would it? His humour has me cackling. Admittedly it's taken me a while to warm up to him but he's a real asset around here.
