Choosing a name when you have a kid is a minefield - every name I liked when I was pregnant someone would put me off it in some way "oh I had a dog called that" etc etc.
My son is called Matthew and if he were a girl he was going to be Jessica or Scarlett but I had a million boys names but he didn't "look" like any of them so I went with Matthew
