She was upset that her punishment changed the outcome and put people up who maybe wouldn't have been. It's actually a huge thing (in the context of the house and the game).

She is allowed that.

Her being upset and being regretful didn't hurt anyone, I don't see why it's considered bad.

I've agreed with it.

As to Yinrun, I think she did overdo things.
It wasn't a strong punishment although I felt it was a weak rule break anyhow.

I think she had after all said much about breaking rules that to find herself pulled up for breaking them.
Left her unsure how to cope with that.
Had they actually shown her noms to the others.
Her embarrassment would have been greatly increased.

I think if she hadn't mentioned a name but had either made it clear who she was talking about or narrowed it down to a particular group, that would be against the rules.

Yeah it's obvious she was more upset about Trish being up ,you could tell in the garden...she was saying she isn't bothered about jail .

And in the storeroom when she got her jumpsuit she felt so bad for Trish ...she said " how can Trish be up " , she's worried for her friend...which I found sweet. Even if the crying was a bit hammy lol.
