My theory is he is on some drug to keep him awake and in the present but it seems to glitch every now and then

It's more than likely at 82 years old he is on serious meds, Trump probably is too. Both of them have medical issues that present in different ways. What are the chances of either of them surviving through a 4 year presidency. It can't be much better than 50/50

Agreed it's getting silly at this point. Too frail to go to prison but not too frail for literally one of the highest pressure jobs in the world . And Biden is flat out elderly at this point. People use this as evidence that the US should elect Trump but - ffs - people should be making their decisions on their political principles, not because one of the candidates is falling apart at the seams .
