Genuinely quite concerning how he clearly doesn't really know what's going on or where he is. Is that just old age/possible dementia or is he on a load of meds? (or both)

My theory is he is on some drug to keep him awake and in the present but it seems to glitch every now and then

It's more than likely at 82 years old he is on serious meds, Trump probably is too. Both of them have medical issues that present in different ways. What are the chances of either of them surviving through a 4 year presidency. It can't be much better than 50/50

…I can’t see how it would/could be dementia when he appeared to be relating his speech without any prompting…he wasn’t looking down at any written prompts or looking into any specific place where an autocue type thing could have been…so I would presume that it was all stored in his head and memory etc…
